This versatile space includes a smart TV, extra seating, a dining table with six chairs, and a bar with two stools, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy meals in the fresh air. Beyond the lanai, you will find a screen-enclosed pool area featuring a heated salt water pool. The pool is designed for all ages, ranging from a shallow 3-foot entry to approximately 7 feet at the deep end.

Situated in a prime location, the home is just a block away from a Publix grocery store, with a marina and two great restaurants nearby on the back bay. The neighborhood beach access sidewalk is located directly across Estero Blvd at Bayland Rd. For more excitement, a short drive or trolley ride will take you to Time Square for a variety of shops and activities.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Minimum rental age: 25
• No smoking allowed
• Pet policy: Pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit; a written request is required at booking, and a non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals
• Key Access: Physical keys must be picked up from the management office at 2085 Estero Blvd
• Requirements: Guests must sign a Rental Agreement to finalize the booking
