This cozy studio is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a plush king size bed and a versatile pull-out couch, ensuring everyone has a place to rest. The unit features a full kitchen for your convenience and a balcony offering a beautiful partial view of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for waking up before a stroll along the white sandy beach.

While this unit is a sanctuary of its own, guests have access to an array of community features designed for relaxation and recreation:

For your convenience, the property includes keyless entry, with a code emailed to you prior to arrival. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dedicated beach towels are all provided. Guests also have access to a pay-to-use laundry room located on the ground floor of Building C.

Located on the South-end of the island, the property is conveniently situated near the well-known Santini Plaza. Guests are just steps away from the stunning white sandy beaches that flank the towers. Please be aware that while most renovations at Estero Beach and Tennis are complete, construction may still be occurring across the island and around the property as the area continues to recover from Hurricane Ian.

• Minimum age to rent: 25 years old
• Minimum stay: Typically 7 nights (Multi-week rentals encouraged)
• High Season (Christmas to Easter): Saturday to Saturday rentals only
• Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events
• Requirements: All guests must sign in with the onsite EBT office upon arrival for registration and parking passes. A signed Rental Agreement with TriPower is required to finalize all bookings.
