Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, this villa puts you just an easy 18-minute walk from the soft sands of the Atlantic shoreline. Guests are perfectly positioned near the waterfront dining, shopping, and attractions of Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina, as well as scenic lagoons and miles of shaded biking trails that wind through the lush Lowcountry landscape.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog friendly (2 dog max). A $250 non-refundable fee applies to the first dog and $150 for each additional dog. Pets are not permitted on furniture and must be crated if left alone. For safety, pets may not be left outside unattended.
• Gate Access: Palmetto Dunes is a gated community. One gate pass is included; additional passes are available for $45 each and must be picked up at the host2coast office.
• Community Pool: Open from April 1st through October 1st.
• Transportation: Free seasonal access to The Dunes Buggy courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove (mid-March through mid-September).
