The second bedroom provides two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a storage closet, with access to a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

You will find a well-equipped kitchen ideal for preparing beach snacks or full meals, complemented by a dining area with a table for six. • Gate Access: Shipyard is a gated community. One gate pass is included per reservation; additional passes are available for $45 each. All passes must be picked up at the management office prior to entry.
• Pet Policy: Dog friendly (2 dog maximum). A $200 non-refundable fee applies to the first dog and $150 for a second. Dogs must be crated if left alone and are not permitted on furniture.
• House Rules: Smoking is not permitted. Children are welcome. The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
• Guest Portal: All reservations must complete a secure Guest Portal before arrival to sign the rental agreement, verify identity, and select either a damage waiver or security deposit.
