Sleeping arrangements are generous, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout includes 3 bathrooms, with two bedrooms boasting en-suites and a luxury family bathroom featuring a free-standing bath. The master bedroom offers exceptional views across rural Somerset and opens via floor-to-ceiling doors to a private balcony with its own table and chairs. Guests can enjoy the comfort of crispy white linen and fluffy towels throughout their stay.

Outside, the tranquil environment is enhanced by a hot tub, charcoal BBQ, and a dedicated outdoor dining area. The home is powered by heat-pump technology with underfloor pipes to keep the interiors warm and inviting, and an electric car charging point is available for eco-conscious travelers.

Guests have access to the wider Cookswood Estate, including the Mineral Lake. This natural spring-water lake is perfect for wild swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, often turning a beautiful turquoise hue in the summer. Please note the lake is managed by the estate, and safety rules must be followed.

Note: The wider estate is under phased construction, and the former quarry terrain can be muddy; wellies are recommended for exploring. Pets are welcome.
