Rental Rules: By completing this reservation, you agree to adhere to the following rules. It is your responsibility to ensure any and all additional guests are aware and adhere to the following rules. Failure to follow the rules can result in your eviction (with or without warning) at the discretion of the host.

• No Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including outside. The smoking fine is $1,000 per day for smoking
• No possession of illegal narcotics on the property. Any illegal narcotics left at our property will result in $500 fine and will be reported to the local authorities
• No parties or events without prior written consent from the host. Event insurance is required
• No additional guest other than those listed on your reservation. There is a $100/person/day charge for additional guests not listed on the reservation that stay at the property
• It is your sole responsibility to check that the location of the property is suitable for you and your group. You have the ability to view the approximate location prior to booking and you can view the exact address immediately after booking
• In the event you are unable to pay we will file a lawsuit against you
• Quiet hours are 9 PM through 8 AM. Excessive noise will not be tolerated during these hours. There will be one warning, and then a $250 fine will be charged. We respect our neighbors and expect you to do the same
• Any necessary extra cleaning due to excessive trash, untidiness, etc will be subject to extra fees. This will be determined by the host
• You will be charged $100 per hour for an unauthorized late check out
• Inform us of any issues you may have as soon as possible so we can help. You must allow us to resolve any issues before reporting to your online travel agency. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, pests, wi-fi, electricity, lightning, landscaping, pool, hot tub, etc.
• If you attempt to cancel due to a cleaning issue we have the right to rectify the situation within 24 hours
• You must report any issues within 24 hours of check in and entry. If any issue is mentioned in your review without notifying us, we will seek to remove the review and you will be fined $250 for reputation damages
• If you do not report that any of our property was damaged or broken by you or someone in your reservation, you will be fined for the repair or replacement of the item and an additional $250
• Supervise your guests under the age of 18 at all times when they use any interactive features of the property
• Return furniture and other objects to their original places
• Please leave the property tidy
• Please do not flush any of the following: baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, trash of any kind
• There are no parties or events allowed in this property
• Dial 911 in case of fire or other emergencies
• In the event of a fire or other major issues please contact us after everyone is safe
• No pets or animals allowed at the property without prior written consent from the host. Unauthorized animals will be subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee
• Please ensure that all trash is bagged and placed in the bins outside behind the property
• No hair coloring or painting of any kind is permitted. There will be a $500 cleaning fee charged if this is done at the property
• Any authorized employee or contractor of the host has the right to enter the premises as long as they have given you reasonable notice, regardless of whether you have confirmed receipt of notice to enter the premises. Reasonable notice consists of a message sent via Airbnb to notify you that they will be entering the premises, with an approximate time frame, and knocking on the door/ringing the doorbell upon arrival at the property.
