Designed for relaxation and gathering, the home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. The layout is thoughtfully distributed across three floors to provide privacy and comfort. The first floor welcomes you with garage access and a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, along with a fun foosball table for friendly competition. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and GE appliances, which flows into the dining and living areas. This level also hosts a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a private balcony overlooking the pool, and a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The third floor provides a second primary bedroom with a king bed and access to a private sun deck for soaking up ocean breezes. Two additional bedrooms are located here: one with a queen bed and another offering both a queen and a twin bed, sharing a full hallway bathroom.

Step outside into your own private coastal oasis. The fully fenced backyard is home to an 8x15 saltwater pool (non-heated), a terrace, and a BBQ grill area perfect for cookouts. From the upper levels, guests can enjoy beautiful ocean views from the covered decks and balconies.

Perfectly positioned for exploration, Sun Sprinkles is a mere 2-minute walk to Kure Beach access. You are also close to the Kure Beach Pier, Kure Beach Ocean Front Park, local arcades, charming shops, and fantastic restaurants.

Before You Arrive: We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

*Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!

*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

*We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

*ONLY FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS: ⚠️ Important: A 5% processing fee (calculated from your total reservation amount) is non-refundable after booking. (This does not apply to HVMB guests.)

*While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

*Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

*You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older.

*We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

*Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

*Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

*We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
