This is a non-smoking property where parties are strictly prohibited. A security deposit of 100 GBP is required two days before arrival via a Charge Automation link; this is a pre-authorization hold that is automatically refunded after 3 days of check-out. Please note that the lockbox code is only released once the deposit is received. Guests must not exceed the booked occupancy. For insurance purposes, a noise-measuring device is installed to detect decibel levels (which must not exceed 80 dB), cigarettes, and e-vaping; tampering with this device will void the booking. As this is a self-catering unit, guests are asked to wash and dry all used pots, pans, and plates. Pets are not permitted.
