Important Guest Information: Maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests with quiet hours from 11pm-7am. No-smoking and no-pet policies are strictly enforced. Starter amenities including toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided, though extended stays may require additional purchases. The fireplace is unavailable April 1st through October 1st, and firewood is not provided. Late checkout without approval incurs a $100 fee per half-hour. Four-wheel drive is recommended during winter conditions, and travel insurance is strongly suggested as weather-related refunds are not available.
