The master bedroom suite is a private sanctuary boasting a king bed, a newly renovated bathroom, and its own private deck overlooking a tranquil wooded setting. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and a crib, making it an ideal space for families. For the little ones, the third bedroom delights with bunk beds and a dedicated collection of toys.

The heart of the home is a sunken great room accessible via sliding glass doors. This open-plan layout includes a bright and inviting living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen, and a sunlit dining area. Large glass windows and sliding doors frame panoramic views of the natural landscape and patio, flooding the interiors with warmth and light. Guests can sink into the plush sectional or gather around the woodstove while enjoying the TV.

Located in the heart of the South Fork, the property is just 2 miles from Ponquogue Beach, with Meschutt Beach and Tiana Beach nearby. The town of Southampton and Jamesport are both approximately 20 minutes away. Whether you are exploring fishing charters from Shinnecock Inlet, dining at Canal Café, or visiting the historical Ponquogue Bridge, the home offers a perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ years old.
• Pets: Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $75 fee per pet, per stay. Cats are not permitted.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the house.
• Guest Count: Must be accurately disclosed at booking.
• Septic System: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
• Additional Policies: Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 28+ nights. Prior approval is required for outside service providers. A $500 fee applies for excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover.
