Designed for groups, the home features 8 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The first floor boasts an open-plan living and dining area with a cozy wood-burning stove, complemented by a spacious kitchen with butcher block counters and a bluestone-countered passthrough. This level also includes a comfortable queen bedroom and a dedicated playroom ideal for movie nights. The second floor continues the airy vibe with two expansive bedroom suites featuring private lounge areas, a third bedroom with a single bed, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and separate water closet. The third floor maintains its original layout with four medium-sized bedrooms, including one L-shaped room with a King bed and a full bed in the alcove, and a shared bathroom featuring a classic clawfoot tub.

Outside, guests can enjoy a backyard oasis on a half-acre lot, featuring a newly installed black-stained multi-level wood deck and a path of bluestone steps leading to a substantial wooden meditation and yoga platform. This serene space is thoughtfully positioned to soak in the sounds of the nearby year-round stream.

• Pets: Well-behaved dogs allowed with prior approval ($75 fee per pet, per stay); no cats permitted.
• Rules: No smoking inside. Primary guest must be 25+ years old. Accurate guest counts are required at booking.
• Maintenance: Please use only toilet paper in the septic system. A $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply for specialized messes. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 28+ nights.
• Note: Window A/C units are available in 5 of the bedrooms during summer months.
