• A/C Notice: To ensure the system cools efficiently against the intense Florida sun, please keep all doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is in use.
• Sea Turtle Protection: After sunset, please close all curtains and blinds, turn off outdoor lights, and avoid shining bright lights toward the beach to protect local sea turtles.
• Guest Protection Program: All reservations must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program via a secure portal before arrival, which includes guest verification, a signed rental agreement, and a choice between a damage waiver or a security deposit.
