Spanning 3,500 sq. ft. across three full levels, this spacious home is designed for large groups and family vacations, offering a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and mountain relaxation year-round.

The layout is thoughtfully designed to balance privacy and connection for up to 16 guests. The home features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including 4 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (two of which are Jack-and-Jill style). Sleeping arrangements include multiple king bedrooms and bunk rooms, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The lower level is an entertainment hub with a 100" TV for movies and shows, while the second floor houses the main living area and a full kitchen. A cozy loft seating area on the third floor provides an additional spot to unwind.

• Strictly no smoking or electronic cigarettes inside (Violation fee: $1,000)
• No shoes allowed inside the house
• National Holidays require a 3-night minimum stay
• Guest Liability Waiver and ID information required for all guests
• HOA Fees apply: $25 rental packet and $7 per vehicle car pass
• Amenity Badges: 8 blue badges provided. Must be returned to the property or a $150 replacement fee applies

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your furry companions! A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A pet fee applies (up to $150 per stay), and pets must be registered via a screening application. Pets are strictly prohibited from beds, couches, or any furniture; failure to comply will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
