Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

Please treat the home with care and respect. Excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher or sink.
1. Security & Safety
Tampering with security devices (e.g., cameras, doorbell, smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
1. Lost or Stolen Items
The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Please double-check before checking out.
1. Furniture
Please do not move furniture during your stay. If furniture has been moved, a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout to cover the time required to return everything to its original placement.

While we strive to keep the property in excellent condition, guests acknowledge that minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use. These do not constitute damage or justify refunds. Any major issues should be reported immediately so we can address them.
