The primary bedroom ensures a restful night's sleep with a plush king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom provides two twin beds. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with modern fixtures, creating a clean and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. To ensure a smooth start, guests receive a welcome kit containing basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, and oil), laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, initial trash liners, and bathroom soaps/toilet paper. Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies for longer stays.

House Rules:

• Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome (each 25lbs or less) with a paid pet fee and up-to-date shot records. Please inquire before booking.
• Age Requirement: The minimum age to book is 25. No rentals to students or individuals under 25. A ratio of 1 parent for every 2 people under 25 is required.
