Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire house, along with access to a beautiful shared backyard that is enjoyed by the owners and one other rental house. While there are no specific general amenities listed, the property's primary draw is its exceptional location. You can easily walk to a variety of downtown bars and restaurants, and a quick 10-minute drive takes you to La Chua Trail, a Florida State Park where you are guaranteed to see anywhere from 1 to 100 alligators.

Please note that guest verification through Truvi is required prior to arrival to ensure compliance with local short-term rental regulations and for added property protection.
