The residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for your entire group.

While the home provides a peaceful forest atmosphere, it is strategically located just minutes from the vibrant energy of downtown dining, local breweries, and a wealth of outdoor recreation. Guests will enjoy easy access to some of the area’s best hiking trails, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region before returning to the comforts of home.

Practical information for your stay:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

To maintain the quality of the home and the peace of the family-friendly neighborhood, the following house rules are strictly enforced:

• No animals allowed. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and a fine of up to $300.
• Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping, or drug use, including on the patio. Violations incur a $500 fine plus $25 for every piece of evidence found.
• No parties are permitted (though business events are allowed). Party violations will result in eviction without refund.
• Guest capacity is strict; additional guests are not permitted without prior arrangement and may incur a charge of $200 per person per day.
• No crypto mining is allowed on the premises.
• Be respectful of neighbors; noise complaints or police calls may lead to eviction without refund.

Additional policies include a $50 per hour fee for excessive cleaning. Late check-outs may be arranged 24-48 hours in advance for a $100 fee. Guests remaining on the property after 11:00 AM will be charged $150, and those remaining two hours past checkout will be charged that day's base rate. The owner reserves the right to request a security deposit, and guests without reviews may be required to provide a state ID and sign a rental agreement.
