For added flexibility, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the first floor contains one bedroom with two bunk sets (four twin beds) and a second bedroom with a private queen bed, both with easy access to the main-floor bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom provides a versatile setup with one queen bed and one twin bed, served by a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. You can relax on the screened-in porch or venture into the large, fully fenced backyard. This outdoor sanctuary is built for memories, featuring a firepit, seating area, and a charcoal grill perfect for a classic Southern cookout under the stars.

• Pets: Dog-friendly (limit of 3 dogs, max 50lbs each) with a $75 non-refundable fee per dog. A dog door is provided for convenience.
