Welcome to Egret Street 4, an inviting escape in North Forest Beach that puts you just one block away from the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island. This beautifully appointed one-level retreat is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering the perfect blend of spacious indoor living and exceptional outdoor amenities for families and friends.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the following layout:

• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Full bed with a twin-over-full bunk configuration and a sleeper chair
• Living Room: Sleeper sofa

The interior is centered around an open-concept main living area, complete with a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a center island with seating for three. For added convenience, the refrigerator includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system with ice and water dispensing. Entertainment is plentiful with seven TVs providing over 150 cable channels and streaming access to HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, Discovery, and Peacock.

Step outside to discover a true oasis. The outdoor living space includes an amazing outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a private fenced yard with artificial turf. Guests can unwind in the private 16 ft x 36 ft pool, which can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Adding to the fun is an air-conditioned game room cabana located off the pool area, equipped with a large TV, console video games, and standing arcade games.

Located in the desirable North Forest Beach area, you are just a 5–6 minute direct walk to the beach and conveniently close to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza, as well as the island's famous golf courses and attractions.

Pool heating is available for $155/night with a minimum $620 propane cost; seven days' notice is required. Please note that if outside temperatures are below 55 degrees, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature.
