• Parking: Palmetto Dunes is a strict community regarding parking policies. If a parking pass is lost, replacement charges apply based on the length of stay (ranging from $20 for 1-2 nights up to $100 for 31-180 nights).

Please be aware that from October 15, 2023, to April 30, 2024, the main pool and new serenity/adult pool are under construction and closed; however, the indoor pool and fitness center remain open for guest use.
