• Vehicle Restrictions: Trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and rooftop cargo (such as kayaks or canoes) are prohibited, with the exception of car top carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted within the Plantations.

Important Guest Notices:

• Infrastructure Project: Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Improvement Project is scheduled from early May 2025 through June 2025. Work occurs Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Guests should expect traffic delays, road closures, and sidewalk detours. Bike riders must dismount and walk through active work zones.
• Golf Course Notice: The Harbourtown golf course is closed for maintenance from May 10th through mid-November.
