• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles per stay. Covered parking is available for cars only; trucks, SUVs, and vans are not permitted in covered spots due to low ceilings. Commercial vehicles, trailers, and RVs are prohibited.
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the villa (designated outdoor areas only). Drones, skateboards, hoverboards, and rollerblades are prohibited on property. Bicycles are allowed on property but may not be ridden on the boardwalk during busy season or brought into the villa.
