This cozy residence is designed for effortless living, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 6. The layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a cozy living room for unwinding. For those needing to stay productive, the bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with a desk and desk chair, ideal for remote working while enjoying the beach lifestyle. The unit is located in Building 4 and overlooks the tennis courts, with elevator access available for your convenience.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the resort provides an extensive array of facilities for guests to enjoy. You will have access to indoor and outdoor complex pools, a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, an indoor running track, and tennis courts, including options lined for pickleball. Please note that the hot water tub is currently down until further notice. To enhance your stay, the condo provides beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, tennis racquets, and badminton racquets.

Location is everything at this resort. You are just steps away from a 510-yard private boardwalk that crosses scenic marshes and creeks to reach the sandy shores. Along the way, you can visit the tiki-hut or stop by Cocos On the Beach for cold drinks and hot food. For those who prefer not to walk, a seasonal free golf cart shuttle is available. A quick 3-minute drive takes you to the Shelter Cove Towne Center for shopping, dining, and stunning sunsets.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limit of 2 vehicles per stay. Covered parking is for cars only; trucks, SUVs, and vans are not permitted in covered spots due to ceiling height. No commercial vehicles, trailers, or RVs.
• Policies: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the villa (designated outdoor areas only). No drones, skateboards, hoverboards, or roller blades on property.
• Bicycles: Allowed on property but not on the beach boardwalk during busy season or inside the villa.
• House Rules: Guests must abide by The Good Neighbor Policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
