Parking is unassigned and available at each building. A parking pass must be purchased at the security gate for $25.00 for the first vehicle and $25.00 for an additional vehicle (credit/debit card only), with a maximum of two vehicles permitted. Additionally, the community does not permit e-bikes, and as there is no elevator access, the unit is accessible via stairs.
