For a more private experience, the main bedroom is located on the second floor, complemented by a small kitchenette area just outside the sleeping quarters—perfect for preparing morning coffee while taking in breathtaking ocean views.

Step outside to the comfortably furnished, screened-in porch just off the main living area to dine al fresco or simply cool off after a day in the sun. From almost every angle of the cottage, guests are treated to spectacular sunrises and the sights and sounds of saltwater marshes and the ocean.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in The Hammocks, a private residential community, the cottage provides an immersive nature experience. Guests can enjoy the beauty of Jeremy Inlet and access a secluded beach on the Atlantic Ocean via a small boat or kayak. The surrounding area is a paradise for birdwatching, crabbing, fishing, and kayaking. A community boat ramp is available for your convenience.

• Parking: A maximum of four vehicles are permitted at the home at any time
• Community Rules: A strict 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect and enforced
• Boat Access: Boats over 16 feet in length are no longer accommodated in the creek due to increased mud and sand from recent hurricanes
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking, and no parties
