Thank you for choosing to stay at Viva Jaco through Casago Central Pacific. We are confident that you will abide by the Rules and Regulations we have prepared for your convenience, and are confident that you will have a pleasant stay. Remember that noisy or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and that all condominium rules will be strictly enforced.

For Casago Central Pacific, the person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide a government-issued ID at check-in with the condo’s security staff. To avoid any additional charges, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your check-in date. If cancellation occurs within this period, no penalty will be applied. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be subject to charges in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am CST. If there are any issues with your unit at check-in, please let the front desk know within the first 20 minutes (this includes cleaning issues). Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condominium. Everything is inventoried, and you will be charged for any items that are damaged, broken, missing, or lost. Please report any visible damage immediately upon check-in. Please do not move the pool furniture. For your safety, no glass containers are allowed in the pool areas. The use of fireworks, firearms, and drugs is strictly forbidden. To ensure peace and quiet, no loud music or noise that could disturb the owners and tenants is permitted after 9:45 p.m. No additional guests beyond those allowed for the type of unit are permitted to stay. Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed. When visiting the condominiums on the lower floors, be sure to put the safety bar on the glass doors and windows. Please do not leave trash in the hallways; place all trash in the designated areas. Please return all room keys at check-out to avoid being charged for a replacement key. Only those registered as guests at the Resorts may use the common areas such as the pool, gym, grills, etc. These areas may not be used after 9:45 PM. Guests’ visitors are not allowed to use the common areas. Casago Central Pacific and the Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them. Only condominium tenants and owners may use amenities such as the pool and grills. Casago Central Pacific and management are not responsible for items left in the condominium; please make sure to lock the units. Children must be under adult supervision at all times in the pool area. There is no lifeguard. Hanging any type of clothes or towels from the balcony railings is prohibited. • No smoking or vaping is allowed in the condominiums, on the balconies, or on the grounds of Viva Jaco. Costa Rican law prohibits smoking in any public area.
