The sleeping arrangements include a plush king-size bed and a convenient queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The interior is highlighted by a large marble bathroom equipped with dual sinks, dual vanities, a separate large glass shower, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a day of exploring.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the space is thoughtfully appointed for your stay. The studio includes a kitchenette featuring a two-burner stove cooktop with a basic cook and dish set, a mini fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. For entertainment and convenience, you will find a 42” flat screen television, free WiFi, a locking safe for valuables, a hair dryer, and an iron and board.

Located in Tower 1 on the 22nd floor, the property offers unparalleled access to the Las Vegas Strip and MGM Grand via covered walkways. Guests enjoy complimentary access to pools, the fitness center, and valet parking (subject to availability), with free self-parking at MGM Grand as a backup. On the ground floor, you have immediate access to a restaurant, bar, deli, and Starbucks. For those staying seven nights or longer, laundry access is available upon inquiry at the front desk.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that at least one guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent the property. The building is strictly smoke-free, including all balconies. The Signature will place a hold of $100 per night per unit on your card for incidentals (up to a maximum of $300), which will be released after checkout. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
