This 550-square-foot studio is designed for comfort and luxury, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a plush king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed located in the common area. The space is highlighted by a large marble bathroom boasting dual sinks and vanities, a relaxing Jacuzzi tub, and a separate large glass shower.

While the general property amenities are streamlined, the condo is thoughtfully equipped for your stay. The unit includes a kitchenette featuring a two-burner stove cooktop with a basic cook and dish set, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a mini fridge and freezer. For your convenience, the room also provides a 42” flat-screen television, a locking safe for valuables, a hair dryer, and an iron and board. Guests have access to the MGM Signature Tower pools, fitness center, and on-site dining options including a restaurant, bar, deli, and Starbucks located on the ground floor.

Parking is made easy with free valet parking (subject to availability) and free self-parking at MGM Grand if the Signature valet is full. For those staying 7 nights or more, laundry access is available.
