About Property

Choose nature at ISOLA GRONO Swiss, an oasis where relaxation, adventure, and hospitality come together to give you genuine emotions. Located in the picturesque South Alpine village of Grono, Grigioni, this detached house is surrounded by vineyards and chestnut groves, offering a sanctuary of peace and magic just five minutes from the village center. Once a shelter for power station workers in the 1970s, the property has been completely renovated to provide a unique experience where the only sounds are the chirping birds and the soothing melody of the Moesa river flowing right in front of the home.

This welcoming retreat is designed for groups and families, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 8. The sleeping arrangements include a romantic chalet-style bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a second bedroom featuring two bunk beds. An additional single bed is located in the living area to accommodate extra guests. For total relaxation, guests can enjoy a small infrared sauna for two located just in front of the bathroom.

The heart of the home is a spacious living room equipped with a 65" TV, a fireplace, a bookcase with games and books in various languages, and a dedicated corner for 'Ke Sapori' products from southern Italy. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, Moka pot, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.

Outside, you will discover an immense fenced garden spanning 2,400m², providing a private space to breakfast, grill, sunbathe, and play. The exterior is a true invitation to physical and mental renewal, facing the peaceful Moesa River.
