• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay for the duration of the visit. IDs may be verified.
• Parking: There is a parking fee of $37 per vehicle per stay, payable directly to the HOA.
• Pets: This is a pet-friendly property. Guests must disclose pets during booking. A Signature Destinations Pet Fee of $225.00 applies, plus HOA fees: 4+ nights ($150 for 1 pet, $200 for 2 pets) or 3 nights or less ($80 for 1 pet, $120 for 2 pets). Vicious breeds (including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds) are not permitted.
• Beach Service: Seasonal beach service for two is available, including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.
