This beautiful condo is filled with must-have features, including granite countertops, updated coastal decor, and beautiful tile flooring throughout the bedroom and living areas, ensuring a clean, carpet-free environment. The open living room area leads directly to a gulf-front balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy unbelievable views and unforgettable sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals with a full-size refrigerator, flat-top stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all necessary pots, pans, and utensils. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is available in the unit, and all linens and towels are provided (though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels).

• Resort Fee: A total fee of $39.59 is charged by Tidewater Beach Resort, covering up to 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (required for all occupants over age 12). Online registration is required via instructions sent 7 days before arrival.
• Parking: The garage has a maximum clearance of 7 feet.
• Policies: 25% deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.
• Note: Beach service and beach chairs are not included.
