To maintain the quality of the home, please adhere to the following rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including balconies; violations result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. No pets are allowed ($500 fee if found). Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, with a $50 fee if security is called for loud noise. The minimum rental age is 25 years. Additionally, grilling, trailers, campers, and RVs are prohibited, and same-day check-in is not allowed. A $500 security deposit is required for all stays.
