Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles and requires preregistration. Parking passes must be purchased separately: $63 per vehicle weekly or $150 per vehicle monthly.

If bringing a boat, you must notify the host and complete boat registration at least 7 days prior to arrival. Access to the home is provided via a digital keypad.
