This tastefully-appointed property is designed for large family gatherings and corporate retreats, offering a special blend of comfort and relaxation in a pretty part of The Catskills, located just 1 hour and 45 minutes from the George Washington Bridge.

The Main House features a generous layout with 11 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 8 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed, with seven rooms featuring either en suite or jack-and-jill bathrooms, and five bedrooms providing direct access to the extensive wraparound deck. For families, the upstairs area includes a dedicated space with one bedroom containing two twins and a day bed, and another with a queen bed, sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower.

The heart of the home is a bright and appealing open plan Great Room. This space includes a modern kitchen boasting miles of granite countertops, two sinks, two dishwashers, and a breakfast bar. For relaxation, the lounge features a comfy sectional facing an elegant stone fireplace, alongside a separate seating area centered around a media center for movie viewing. Natural light streams through three sets of sliding doors that open to the deck and offer serene lake views. Additional convenience is provided by a large butler's pantry equipped with a second refrigerator, sink, and storage.

Located on the deepest lake in Sullivan County, guests can enjoy fishing, swimming, and kayaking, or simply admire the dramatic sunsets. While a kayak and water toys are provided, guests are welcome to bring their own boats to the dock, though the owner's motorboat remains off-limits. The hamlet of Kauneonga Lake is a mere three-minute walk away, buzzing with local restaurants, a bakery, and shops.
