Designed for larger groups, the property features a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, with a guest capacity of 16. The layout is split across two homes, each offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the first home, the master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two full beds, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The second home includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen and a full bed, and a final bedroom with a queen bed. Each home is equipped with a welcoming living room featuring two sleeper sofas and a 50" Roku TV, as well as a full kitchen with a dining table and bench seating.

While the general amenities list is minimal, the homes offer several room-specific comforts including a washer and dryer located near the kitchen and an open backyard complete with a charcoal grill and picnic table for outdoor relaxation.

Located in a family-friendly downtown area, you are perfectly positioned to explore the city. You are just a 5-minute drive to Overlook Park and 10 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo and premier downtown attractions, including the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, and Chattanooga Lookout Stadium, along with endless shopping and dining experiences. Please note that as this is a downtown area, parking is limited with room for two cars in the driveway, though Uber and Lyft are readily available.

For your convenience and security, the homes feature a Ring security system and digital door locks for contact-free check-in.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors; violations result in a $500 charge.
• Parties: Prohibited without prior approval.
• Trash: Must be bagged and placed in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.
