For additional guests, the living room is equipped with two sleeper sofas.

Inside, the living area welcomes you with a 50" Roku TV, leading into a full kitchen and a dining table with bench seating. The property also includes a washer and dryer located near the kitchen for your convenience. Step outside to find an open backyard complete with a picnic table and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor meals. To ensure a seamless stay, the home features a digital keypad for contact-free entry and a Ring security system for added privacy and security.

Located in a family-friendly, transitioning neighborhood, Crafty on Hoyt is nestled away from the city's hustle yet remains close to the best of Chattanooga. You are just 5 minutes from Overlook Park and 10 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo. Downtown attractions, including the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Lookout Stadium, and various shopping destinations, are all just minutes away. Please note that parking is limited in this downtown area, with space for two cars in the driveway; however, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Age: Guests must be 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard.
• House Rules: No smoking (including vapes or marijuana) is permitted in or around the home; violations incur a $500 charge. Parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.
