Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out: the master bedroom offers a king bed, a desk, and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom provides two full beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each feature a queen bed. Additionally, the cozy living room includes a queen-pullout couch for extra guests. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway for easy access.

The interior is designed for relaxation and functionality. You will find a cozy living room equipped with a large smart TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs, paired with a dining table that seats four. Outside, the partially fenced backyard features a grill and picnic table, perfect for open-air dining.

Located in a family-friendly, transitioning neighborhood, the home is perfectly positioned for sightseeing. You are only 5 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes from the Tennessee Aquarium, and 15 minutes from Ruby Falls.

Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM via digital keypad
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited space for two vehicles (parked one in front of the other). Driveway is shared with neighbors; no street parking available.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
• Restrictions: No smoking (including vapes/marijuana) inside or around the home ($500 fee applies). No parties or events without prior approval.
• Trash: Please bag all trash and use provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.
