Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a dedicated desk, and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two full beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each feature a queen bed. Guests will also find a shared full bathroom in the hallway. For additional sleeping capacity, the cozy living room includes a couch with a queen-pullout.

Inside, you will find a living area centered around a large smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary needs, accompanied by a dining table that seats four. Outside, the partially fenced backyard provides a great spot to relax with a grill and picnic table.

Located in a family-friendly, transitioning neighborhood, the property puts you in the heart of the action. You are only 5 minutes from the Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes from the Tennessee Aquarium, and 15 minutes from the natural beauty of Ruby Falls.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM via digital keypad
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited to two vehicles (parked one in front of the other) in a shared driveway; no street parking available.
• Pets: Allowed with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard.
• Rules: Guests must be at least 21 to book and a signed rental agreement is required. No smoking (including vapes and marijuana) is allowed inside or around the home; violations result in a $500 fee. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please bag all trash in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.
