-This accommodation is offered for rent in two possible forms depending on your situation: the temporary lease or the common law lease (Civil Code). The applicable type of lease is determined before your arrival, depending on your profile and the desired duration.
1. The mobility lease The mobility lease is intended for people who, on the effective date of the lease, can prove one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary commitment as part of civic service, professional transfer, or temporary assignment as part of professional activity. Main features: Duration between 1 and 10 months, non-renewable (the lease can be modified only once by amendment, without exceeding 10 months in total). You will be asked for proof of your situation before signing. A mobility lease is signed between the host and the tenant before each arrival.
2. The common law lease (Civil Code) If you do not fall under any of the above situations, the rental is made under a common law lease (furnished, Civil Code), particularly suitable for stays in a non-primary residence. The conditions (duration, possible security deposit, notice) will be specified to you when the contract is drawn up. A lease is also signed before each arrival.
In both cases: The tenant must take out home insurance covering the entire duration of their stay and provide proof of this. We can assist you with this process if needed.
- Loss or forgetting of keys Any loss or forgetting of keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will result in a 50 euro fee. After 8 p.m., intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge. If the services of a locksmith are required and the guest is responsible, the costs will be entirely at their expense.
-Forgotten items We accept no responsibility for items left behind in the apartment. If an item is found and delivery by mail is requested, a fee of 50 euros will be applied, in addition to the postage costs.
