The fully remodeled interior boasts an awesome open floor plan perfect for hanging out, featuring a European-inspired chef's kitchen and a living room with killer views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests can relax by a luxurious fireplace or enjoy a movie night with a state-of-the-art projector and screen that drops from the ceiling.

The home is configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom one: King size bed with bay views and a 43" TV
• Bedroom two: King size bed and a walk-in closet
• Bedroom three: Queen size bed with an en-suite bath and shower
• Kids' quarters: Two twin bunk beds, games, toys, and a kid-sized table Every bedroom is equipped with super comfy mattresses, black out blinds, and noise machines. The shared hall bath features a tub/shower combo with a rainfall showerhead and an LED lighted mirror, complemented by an additional half bath off the kitchen.

Beyond the interior, a private outdoor oasis awaits in the backyard, featuring a hot tub that seats seven, a gas grill, and a beautiful private yard with outdoor seating and dining. The outdoor area also includes a minibar with a sink, beverage cooler, and ice maker. For entertainment, the cool adjacent garage-based game room offers a pool table, air hockey, and a dart board. Additionally, a Tesla EV ready 240V plug is located at the top of the driveway.

Located in the coveted Mission Hills neighborhood, you are within a 10-minute drive of nearly all major attractions, including the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, and the Gaslamp District. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach Little Italy, Waterfront Park, and the San Diego Harbor.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors (fine of $500)
• All guests must be at least 25 years old (unless kids with an adult)
• No events, parties, or large gatherings (including bachelor/bachelorette parties)
• Noise ordinance: Please bring noise inside by 10:00 PM
• Note: The driveway is narrow and steep, best suited for smaller vehicles
