• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated)
• Primary renter must be 25+ years of age (ID required)
• No smoking allowed inside, outside, or on the premises (includes marijuana and vape pens); violation results in a $1,000 fee
• Pets are not allowed
• No large gatherings
• No mailbox access granted
• Reservation holder must occupy the home unless approved in advance
• Driver's license and selfie must be submitted via Guest Ranger, and rental agreement signed within 72 hours of booking
• Stays of 21+ days require a $500 utility deposit and are subject to utility caps
• Last-minute bookings or Arizona residents from the Phoenix area may be subject to a background check and screening fee
• Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
