• No smoking inside or anywhere on the premises (violation results in a $1,000 fee)
• Parking: Please use the garage (20x22) or visitor parking; repeated overnight visitor parking is prohibited
• Pool Heat: Available for $65/day plus tax; please request at least one week prior to arrival
• Utility Deposit: Stays of 21+ days require a $500 utility deposit. A utility allowance of $200 per 30 days applies; guests are responsible for overages
• Monitoring: The home is electronically monitored for noise, smoke, and features a Front Door Ring camera
• Requirements: Reservations are subject to a background check and screening fee via Guest Ranger
