The suite is configured for a maximum of 2 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with an incredibly comfortable bed, 1 bathroom, and an additional sofa for lounging. As part of the unique 'Gem House,' which comprises five distinct rental units, the Aquamarine Suite is situated on the second floor (Unit 5), providing a private and serene sanctuary for your stay.

While the property focuses on a streamlined experience, guests have access to several functional highlights:

• Access to a shared laundry room via the stairs

Located within walking distance of the heart of downtown, you are perfectly positioned to explore the best eateries in Utah. The neighborhood is exceptionally convenient, with a grocery store, local coffee shop, and liquor store all just one block away. For those seeking adventure, the suite is an easy 10 minutes from the SLC airport and approximately 40 minutes from Park City and the premier slopes of Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude.

To maintain the quality of the home, we implement a few Swedish household norms: guests are kindly asked to remove their shoes upon entry using the provided shoe rack, and bedding is provided in a duvet-style where the outer blanket is freshly washed between every stay.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed for a fee of $100 per stay (and an additional $100 per month for stays exceeding 30 days)
• Restrictions: No parties or events, no extra guests, and a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking inside the house will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
