The lower level provides additional versatility with a second living room, a kitchenette, a second Double bedroom, and a full bath (please note the steam function is unavailable, though the shower is fully operational).

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: A car is required for transport. A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended during winter months due to steep, snow-packed road conditions.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a fee of $100 + tax for one pet or $200 + tax for up to two pets.
• Restrictions: No parties and strictly no fireworks (violation results in a $500 fine). Open fires are prohibited in the neighborhood, though the deck fire pit/table is encouraged.
• Important Notes: This property does not have air conditioning. Operable cameras are located at the front doorbell and back deck. For stays longer than 15 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $150 applies.

Being at an elevation of approximately 9,000 feet, guests should be mindful of altitude sickness. We recommend keeping doors closed to keep local wildlife outside and enjoying the peaceful, secluded atmosphere of the woods.
