The space
Some beach houses are just places to sleep. This one is the reason you came. Managed by AvantStay, Pink Flamingo by the Sea is a laid-back, light-filled retreat tucked just steps from the white sands of Panama City Beach — where flip-flops are always appropriate and the hardest decision you'll make all day is whether to hit the beach before or after breakfast.

Spread across nearly 2,000 square feet of single-story living, this three-bedroom, three-bath home comfortably sleeps up to ten — making it the kind of place that works just as well for a multigenerational family trip as it does for a group of friends who've been talking about a beach getaway for way too long. The open-concept layout keeps everyone connected, whether someone's cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, setting the table for four, or just lounging in the living room after a long day in the sun.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom — a small luxury that makes a big difference when you're traveling with a crowd. The primary bedroom offers a queen, the second fits four with two queen beds, and the third gives you a king and a queen for ultimate flexibility. No one's fighting over the bathroom, and everyone gets their own space to recharge.

Outside, the covered patio is where evenings come alive. Fire up the grill, pull up a chair, and let the Gulf breeze do the rest. The washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer — always a win.
As for the location: Front Beach Road puts you right in the heart of the action. Panama City Beach is famous for its sugar-white sand and emerald water, but there's so much more within easy reach — from the shops and restaurants along Pier Park to water sports, fishing charters, and Gulf World Marine Park. Whether you're spending every hour on the sand or mixing in a few adventures, you'll never run out of things to do.

AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay.
