While your room is a private haven, you'll have full access to the mansion's impressive shared amenities. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or rejuvenate in the spa room featuring a four-person infrared sauna, tea, and yoga mats. The house boasts a vaulted great room with a pool table and game console, alongside a recently upgraded community kitchen featuring stainless appliances, a gas range, and a community pantry. Additional shared conveniences include laundry facilities, a BBQ grill, and gigabit WiFi throughout the property.

Located in Leadville's National Historic Landmark District, the property is just one block from the restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and bars of Harrison Avenue.
