To accommodate additional guests, the living room includes a convenient SofaBed, allowing the unit to host up to 4 guests. For those seeking more space, this unit is part of the West Coast Oasis; it can be completely separated with its own private entrance or combined with the Pacific Oasis Studio to create a larger 2-bedroom configuration.

Inside, you will find thoughtful details designed for a seamless stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and a TV equipped with a streaming player. A standout feature of this home is the air conditioning, making it one of the only units in the resort to offer this luxury. Step outside to your covered patio, which comes equipped with an electric BBQ for alfresco dining.

While staying at the resort, you can enjoy access to the pool, hot tubs, and gym, although these amenities are subject to availability by the resort. The property also features a no-stairs private entrance and parking available in any non-numbered spot on the grounds. For dining, the Pacific Moon Bar & Grill is conveniently located on-site, though please note that the restaurant and beauty spa are independently operated and not affiliated with the home owner.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please adhere to the following house rules: check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome. No smoking is permitted in or around the property, and parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. To maintain tranquility, excessive noise is not allowed, and a noise alert system is installed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Guests must complete a rental agreement and provide ID verification within 72 hours of receiving the form for insurance and smart home programming. Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
