All guests and pets must be included in the booking; unbooked visitors or parties are strictly prohibited. The property is pet-friendly for one small or medium-sized dog, but cats are strictly prohibited (violations result in a $500 fee per cat). A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request. Please arrange for door drop-off or depot pick-up for deliveries, as the mailbox is inaccessible.
