Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure a secure stay, all reservations require a pre-arrival verification process, including ID verification, a matching selfie, a refundable security deposit pre-authorization, and acceptance of Rental Terms & Conditions.

Guest access is limited to the basement suite; the upstairs unit is a separate rental. Please be aware that the side entrance is shared, and you may encounter other guests or team members. We kindly ask that the basement suite door remain closed and locked when not in use.

All guests and pets must be included in the booking; parties and unbooked visitors are not permitted. We are pet-friendly for one small or medium-sized dog, but cats are strictly prohibited (violations incur a $500 fee per cat). A high chair and pack-and-play are available upon request. Please arrange for door drop-off or depot pick-up for deliveries, as the mailbox is inaccessible. For long-term stays of 30 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided every 30 days.
