Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. All guests and pets must be included in the booking; unbooked visitors or parties are strictly prohibited. The home is dog-friendly, but cats are not allowed (violations will result in a $500 fee per cat). A twin-sized cot is available for $10/day with an advance request. Please note that guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the BBQ once the initial supply runs out. Additionally, do not use the property address for mail; please arrange for door drop-off or depot pick-up for deliveries.

To ensure a secure stay, a pre-arrival verification is required, including ID verification, a matching selfie, and a refundable security deposit pre-authorization (unless covered by Air Cover). For long-term stays of 30 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided every 30 days.
