This thoughtfully designed home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, ample closets, and their own small private balconies. The two full modern bathrooms are equipped with spacious stand-in showers and rainfall showerheads for a refreshing experience. For additional flexibility, the living room couch serves as a single sofa bed.
Inside, the open-concept design seamlessly blends the kitchen and dining areas with the TV sitting area. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. You can gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats six and doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace supported by 50 Mbps WiFi. For relaxation, the sitting room features a comfy sofa facing a 50” Smart TV.
Beyond the apartment, guests have shared access to the complex's common grounds, including a lovely rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and several lounge hangout spots to relax the day away.
Located in the coolest part of town, you are just 4 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, where you'll find an endless array of cafes, bars, boutiques, and nightlife. The beach is only 1 km away, making it a quick 12-minute walk to popular spots like Mandarino or Martina Beach Club. For daily needs, the Selecto Súper Chedraui market is 5 blocks away, and various local eats and organic markets are just a half-block journey.

- Restrictions: Guests must be 21+ to book. No smoking or illegal activities inside the condo (failure to comply results in a $300 fine). No parties or excessive noise after 10 PM. Hanging towels or clothes over the balcony is prohibited.
- Policies: Pets are not allowed. No unregistered guests are permitted without written permission. A security deposit may be required depending on the booking platform.
- Electricity: 20 kW per day is included for stays up to 21 nights; long-term stays are charged at 4 MXN per kW.
