• This is a second-floor unit accessible by stairs (no elevator)

• Construction is ongoing in the community M-F (9am-5pm) and Sat (9am-1pm)
• Guests must provide ID and sign community rules for access
• Monthly stays may require an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD
• Note: The Mavila Club BBQ grill is for owner use only; unauthorized guest use carries a 150 USD penalty
